Return & Refund
Customers can return any product purchased from mapWings within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, without any alterations in its shape or size, and should be returned in its original packaging.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is in its original condition, we will process the refund.
The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
Exceptions
Products that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them are not eligible for return or refund.
Any product that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.
